The hardest lesson I have had to learn this year is the true cost of things. I had to truly understand the reality of how short life is and that anything can happen at any time. Your life really can change in a matter of minutes and you have to be prepared for the unexpected. I have taken certain aspects of my life for granted at times. I am admitting this. This year showed me the trust cost of things.
Just to use some scenarios as examples =There is a true cost to how some people spend money they don’t really have and remain swamped in debt. There is a true cost to living paycheck to paycheck. There is a true cost to not taking care of your mental, oral, and physical health. There is a true cost to not being there for families or friends and handling the sadness of their unexpected deaths.
There is a TRUE COST to everything. Have you ever thought about what that means to your own life? Is it something that ever crossed your mind? Have you ever thought about how you could do some things differently in the new year? Have you thought of budgeting, exercising more, drinking more water, or take more breaks from social media, etc?
I hope you all take note of everything that occurred last year and what you can do differently to make your life easier this year.
Good Luck! I wish all of you the best in the New Year!
