Fun Books and Films for Fall 2022

I LOVE books and movies. I just wanted to put it out there for everyone. I can talk about a good book or good film for days. It’s exciting to me. I enjoy good storytelling. Films can be a great medium for a good story with the appropriate writers. The best actors or actresses can’t even make a film good if the script is bad.

Fall is the best season for reading and relaxing with fun films. This particular year has a good selection of fascinating films. I thought I would go ahead and share what I plan to see this month and next. My hope is that you will find something in the list that you might enjoy too.

I do have a confession to make: I mostly enjoy books that are either informative or entertaining. When I have downtime I prefer a good whodunit. I don’t care about fancy literature books or most classics. They bore me, OK! I hate book elitism!

I had to get that off of my chest. I was holding that in for years. I don’t believe people should make anyone feel bad about their book choices. Everyone is not high-brow and it’s OK. I can switch between both, but I prefer guilty pleasure books. I like suspense or silly stories. I’m not interested in a deep dive on John Milton’s Paradise Lost.
