This post is still connected to my upcoming book. Yet, this post is not specifically about my book. I wanted to highlight books that were inspirational to me as I researched for my book. I think it’s important to read many different genres. I am getting out of my comfort zone when it comes to this idea.
I have a feeling some of you have never read a gothic/fantasy book by a BIPOC. Therefore, I am sharing a list of 10 books I believe you should use as a way to start your journey. I hope you really do find at least two books to read from this list by the end of the year. Please share with me if you do.
